  • Knowledge in Food safety systems: Serv Safe / H.A.C.C.P. is an advantage
  • With at least two (2) years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable establishment/s.
  • Knowledge in financial statement, revenue and analysis.
  • Knowledge in Inventory Management System.
  • Knowledge in basic marketing strategies.
  • Well verse in profit and loss statement.
