Job Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate in any F&B related course.
  • Knowledge on workplace and personal hygiene.
  • Knowledge in Food Safety practices; HACCP, and Serv Safe are an advantage.
  • Culinary experience and knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in product development, Food styling and menu costing.
  • With at least two (2) years experience as a Head Cook, R&D or Executive Chef in a reputable establishment/s.
