Job Qualifications:
- College level or graduate in any F&B related course.
- Knowledge on workplace and personal hygiene.
- Knowledge in Food Safety practices; HACCP, and Serv Safe are an advantage.
- Culinary experience and knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge in product development, Food styling and menu costing.
- With at least two (2) years experience as a Head Cook, R&D or Executive Chef in a reputable establishment/s.
