- Knowledge in Food safety systems: Serv Safe / H.A.C.C.P. is an advantage.
- With at least two (2) years experience as a Supervisor in a reputable establishment/s.
- Knowledge in floor control, food cost management.
- Familiar with labor costing and budget planning.
